Service Description

Your business matters, and we are here to serve you! We look forward to meeting you! Pricing Base pricing is $10 per signature, per document notarized, plus a travel fee based on your location. Printing services are available upon request at $1.00 per printed sheet needed (Black and White only). Some examples of documents we notarize include.. Quit Claim Deeds Vin Verification Forms Unclaimed Property Forms Application for Duplicate Title Power of Attorney Medical Authorization Forms Parental Consent Forms Oaths/Witness testimony Court documents We also offer I-9 verification services for employers. Travel fees are as follows. Pasco County From $25.00 depending on location Pinellas County From $30 depending on location Hillsborough County From $35 depending on location Terms of Service Please bring a current, government issued Photo ID to the appointment for each person who will be signing documents. If you have questions regarding ID requirements and whether or not your ID is acceptable, please contact us for assistance prior to your appointment. All persons who require notarization must be present at the time of the notarization, no exceptions. In the event all signers cannot attend the same appointment, separate appointments for each signer can be accommodated for an additional travel fee. Official Notary Services, LLC Reserves the right to refuse service if the the signers identity cannot be verified, if the signer is not present at the appointment, or if the signer appears confused, unresponsive, incoherent, or otherwise impaired, or any other reason compelled by Florida law. All documents must be fully completed to be notarized, however, please refrain from signing the documents prior to your appointment to ensure a smooth notarization process. If you have questions regarding the content of the documents to be notarized, please contact the entity requiring the document, or preferably, consult an attorney.
